Ruby Martin is a celebrity radio host who shares the afternoon slot on a popular station with her best friend, Harry. Ruby’s fun-loving, enthusiastic…and hopeless when it comes to love.

When her boyfriend doesn’t show up for the Christmas in July party she and Harry are hosting, Ruby has a hard time enjoying herself. Then, to top it all off, her boyfriend dumps her.

So she isn’t impressed when one of the guests airdrops a message with a photo of himself.

But Harry’s determined to help his co-host find love—even if it means Ruby has to go on a blind date with the mystery guest who sent the photo.

Landscape architect Blake Emerson isn’t sure why he airdropped the photo to Ruby. He’s been listening to her for years—her radio show is the one bright spot in his life after he lost his family, the light that guided him back from the abyss.

He missed out on meeting her at the Christmas in July party, and now he realises the airdropped pic was a big mistake. The photo has gone viral.

After Ruby and Harry discuss Blake—the mystery guest—on their radio show, he is outed and they have a first date.

Everything is going well, but the deeper Blake falls for Ruby, the more difficult it becomes, as her life—including his—is public. For this reserved guy, having every bit of his life exposed is too hard to handle.

The magic of the holiday season brought Ruby and Blake together, but is it enough to keep them in each other’s lives?
